We are proud to have brought the first dual-branded hotel to the San Antonio River Walk.

Encompassing a full city block with no room to spare, this project included demolishing a historical building, drilling and casing 55’ piers below the water table, restoring a historical wall on the riverfront, coordinating with the Historical District, working a mere eighteen inches away from a neighboring historical building, a redesign of the CPS energy vault, and a resort-style rooftop pool which overlooks the river.

Coordination with proper authorities was key in the logistics of working in this tight, urban space.

An elaborate mural done by a renowned graffiti artist decorates the alley providing street access to the river.
