We conduct risk assessments on work to be performed to determine the best interim life safety measures, coordinate with hospital safety officers, and take measures to reduce noise and disruption in open hospital remodels. We conduct Environmental Safety & Emergency Management Risk Assessments and consistently pass Texas Department of State Health Services (TDHS) inspections. We are proficient in NFDA 99 and all work is done with certain security and identification measures in place for the safety of patients. We are experienced in both combustible and non-combustible building systems, the use of air scrubbers and HEPPA filters and walk-off mats in open remodels for the safety of the patients, and are knowledgeable in new construction utilizing med gas. Some projects consisted of an infusion wing, secondary chemotherapy lab, procedure rooms, mammography imaging rooms, and more.
